This example is a little different - it's using micro content to update service management.   It is a mobile app that acts as a guide, ensuring all areas of the office are cleaned.   It also gives the worker the tools to rapidly document (with images taken on-the-spot,) anything that needs to be communicated to the client.  

Unlike the examples above, each job tracked with this type of app generates a PDF for the cleaning supervisor.   The PDF is often shared with the client as well, as evidence of the work completed.
